The outdoor pool is huge and perfect for families. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep it cool, making it uncomfortable at times. Live music by the beach adds a nice vibe. Just don't expect much from housekeeping; they were a bit inconsistent.

Great location. The view from our queen suite was impressive. Roomy and clean. The kitchenette was a bonus. the decor is outdated. Staff was friendly, though a bit inconsistent; we faced delays for cleaning and maintenance. Pool area was inviting, and the bar was a hit. Note: the restaurant was closed and breakfast offerings could improve. The beach is on your doorstep, ideal for families. But safety feels lacking; the absence of security cameras raises concerns. Facilities need serious upgrades-worn carpets and old appliances detract from the experience. With renovations, this place could elevate its offerings considerably. A balance of fun and improvement could make future visits exceptional.

A nice balcony provided a cruise-ship-style view of the ocean, but it overlooked a sandy backyard ideal for kids. Temperature control was adequate. One electric socket in the bedroom was awkwardly placed, and there was only one on the kitchen counter. The decor felt dated, with some wallpaper issues and worn carpet. Staff were friendly, but communication could be improved regarding room discrepancies. The air quality in the room was a bit lacking. a mix of comfort and needed updates.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and live music daily at Coconuts Bar & Grill. The security team impressed us with their efficiency in handling unruly guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment at the hotel. there were some drawbacks that we encountered. Our cottage opened to the parking lot, and the front door seemed to have been damaged before, making it feel less secure. The outdated cottage had some maintenance issues, such as a shaky window unit air conditioner and a bathroom floor that felt unstable near the shower. The maid service system was also a source of frustration, as we struggled to communicate our preferences effectively. The hotel's outdated facilities, including narrow stairways without elevators and rooms with a stale odor, left much to be desired in terms of comfort. Despite these flaws, we appreciated the proximity to the beach, friendly staff, and the convenience of on-site dining options. The inconsistent wifi and slow charging points were minor inconveniences in an otherwise satisfactory stay. The small and square-shaped pillows were a unique touch, and the pool staff could improve on providing clean towels promptly.

The view from my room is breathtaking, just perfect for sunset selfies! The staff quickly fixed the balcony door and even moved us to a better location near the elevator.

There were way too many flies buzzing around, it was like a nature documentary gone wrong.

The location to the beach was great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was peaceful. Having a restaurant and bar on-site was convenient for quick bites and drinks without the need to venture out.

The room we stayed in needed some serious updates. The bathroom was not visually appealing, and repairs were definitely overdue.
